Subject: Thanks for a Productive County Convention
To All:
I wanted to thank you for a fantastic and productive county convention. It was really exciting seeing so many Democrats participating in the Democratic process. The enthusiasm and interest of all involved was very inspiring for me and I hope for you. Didn’t you enjoy seeing old and new faces in every direction you looked?
Now let’s remember that the convention was not the end of our participation. We have quite a bit to do to ensure a completely successful year leading into the November General Election. I recognize we cannot participate at the same level, but I know that each little thing we do adds up to victory that is multiplied exponentially when we consider how many of us have been involved so far.
We are starting to organize and stay in touch with each other within our own precincts and neighborhoods. If you want to stay involved, here are two good ways to do so. First, contact your Precinct Chair. They are listed with their emails this Website. They will be your first line of contact and they will need your help in organizing and coordinating activities in you precinct. They will be looking for locations to host neighborhood meeting as well as precinct wide meetings. If you have any suggestions, please let them know. The second thing is to stay informed about countywide events, trainings and meetings. This website has a calendar and you can submit meetings and events. But mostly, I would recommend you sign-up for the email service available on this site. At the top left corner is a large SIGN-UP link. That link directs you to our group site on the Texas Democratic Party website. By signing up on that site we can keep you informed of events in Guadalupe County. This is a private site so you alone will receive the email. You won’t get a bunch of useless email or spam, only emails from the Guadalupe County Democratic Party. This will help each of us stay in touch with each other better than we have ever experienced.
Thanks for your time and involvement.
Sincerely,
Anthony (Tony) Bazan
